Target Haul!

I decided i needed some new makeup the other day and took a trip to Target thinking that I wouldn't spend too much  money on drugstore products, but as usual, I ended up spending more than I had hoped.

I snapped some quick photos, but obviously I don't have too many photography skills under my belt and the lighting is horrible and some of the colors are off.

I'll start with the Maybelline Color Tattoo Eyeshadow. The color is number 25 Bad to the Bronze and I am loving this so far. I think I much prefer cream eyeshadows over powder.
Now this is where the colors don't come out right. The Revlon nail polish is most definitely not that orange in person. It's a coral color number 110 called Marmalade. The Essie nail polish is from the lux effects collections and is called "Set in Stones." I'm obsessed with this one.

This is the Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in 040 Rendezvous. I, like everyone else, love these and already had one, but the name of it is slipping my mind at the moment. The lighting in this picture also distorts the color. The swatch looks bright orange, but it is a bit more coraly in actual life.

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Dark Circle Eraser in Brightener. I love the applicator on this. you twist it up and the product fills into the spongey applicator at the top and you just swipe it under your eyes. I was really looking for something to brighten up my eyes, but I am still undecided on this one. It is summer (obviously) and I have gotten quite tan and this shade is very like for my skin even as a brightener, but I am still able to make it work. Not completely sold on this.

Revlon Colorstay Foundation in 250 Fresh Beige. In my life, I've owned maybe 2 or 3 other drugstore liquid foundations and no high-end ones as i don't  particularly wear liquid foundation often. I just thought I'd try this out since I've heard probably the best things about it compared to other drugstore foundations. I was really worried about picking the right color for my skin, but ended up hitting it right on the dot. I haven't used this much, so I don't have a solid opinion on it yet.

Here's a random. I already got rid of the packaging for this, but it's a Glade candle in the scent "Clean Linen" and it smells like, well... clean linens! I've always loved these type of smells and had to have it in candle form. It was $2.99 so I figured why not?

Last, but MOST DEFINITELY not least, the Pixi endless silky eye pen in Oyster Glow. It's worth the $15. Please go buy one if you don't own one already. That's all i have to say about this.

And here's a better picture of the swatch. These eye pens are seriously endless and seriously silky.

That's all guys!

Hello, is anybody there!?

Despite the fact that I have only one follower and no avid readers, I'd still like to keep up with this blog and am disappointed that i let myself go nearly 20 days without any blog posts. It's a bit late right now and I'm headed off to bed, but coming up in the next few days I will have a Target haul and my July birchbox to show you guys.
